It was not long ago we were discussing S4C’s win at the CIM Canmol: Wales Marketing Awards for the marketing campaign promoting the hugely successful drama series, Y Gwyll. Well, we’re now celebrating further success for our client after receiving news that the brand picked up the award for ‘Best consumer marketing campaign for a drama series’ at the C21 Media International Drama Awards 2014.

 

Ian Jones, S4C Chief Executive responded to the news with the following, “I’m very proud that the work of the promotion and marketing team at S4C has been recognised on an international stage. Congratulations to all involved in this creative and high impact campaign which called on skills and expertise from across the broad fields of marketing and communications. The work continues as we look ahead to the one-off special episode of Y Gwyll/Hinterland on S4C on New Year’s Day.”

 

Our media team worked closely with the marketing and promotions departments at S4C, to develop a far reaching media plan that combined TV, press, OOH, radio and online advertising.
